Refund policy

You can exchange stock items in original, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange for 14 days after delivery. Refund orders may be subject to restocking charges of 10-20% at our discretion. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@thewooftoys.com or on instagram @thewooftoys and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment - this may take several business days to process depending on your service provider.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to discuss options. 

Our materials are like most things not resistant to being chewed by pet's teeth. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any damage to our products that has been caused by your pet.
